Your ability to communicate is a priceless gift. Hearing loss isolates you from contact with other people and is generally most noticed by others around you. Detecting and treating hearing loss early is a significant step towards improving the quality of your life.
National Hearing Care is committed to helping you understand your hearing loss and to prescribing and maintaining the best solution for your needs and lifestyle.
Our aim is to restore your quality of life through better hearing. Our mission is
"To improve the hearing of people through excellence in client care."
Hearing Loss is more common than you might think - the prevalence of hearing loss in Australia is projected to increase from one in six to one in four by 2050 – that is almost 8 million Australians will be suffering from some degree of hearing loss!
Buying a hearing aid is not a decision made lightly. That’s why it’s comforting to know that you are in good hands. National Hearing Care has been helping Australians hear better for 10 years. National Hearing Care employs a highly regarded team of professional audiologists, each with extensive experience in all areas of hearing loss, including rehabilitation, hearing loss prevention and the latest instrument fitting technologies. This ensures we provide the most professional expertise and an excellent on-going client care program.
National Hearing Care specialises in the assessment and treatment of tinnitus (or ringing in the ears). Our Tinnitus Specialist Audiologists complete a comprehensive assessment for each individual using high frequency Audiometry techniques and other specialist measures. This allows a personal treatment program to be developed for each individual using the Neuromonics Tinnitus Treatment program. The Neuromonics Tinnitus Treatment has had an astonishing 85% success rate.
The treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus are expected to require considerable health resources over the coming decades with the growth in the proportion of elderly within our community. Currently 1 in six individuals are over the age of 65 with this proportion expected to grow to 1 in four by 2050.
As a truly Australian owned business, our network continues to expand making it even more convenient for you to find a clinic nearby.
With an Australia-wide network of 46 clinics and growing, National Hearing Care is proud to offer you an unmatched level of expertise, experience and service. As our valued client, you will receive hearing instruments that perfectly match your lifestyle and budget. We will work closely with you to ensure that your needs are met - both today and tomorrow - and that you are completely satisfied with every aspect of your experience.
At National Hearing Care we are proud of what we do! We believe in offering the widest choices to our clients. For this reason, we have chosen not to align ourselves to a particular hearing aid manufacturer. Instead we believe that we have a responsibility to offer the best solution for each individual situation, hence our commitment to supplying a wide range of brands, each manufactured by a number of different suppliers. We are truly independent making us quite different to many others in the industry.
How do we provide such unprecedented hearing care? It’s the National Hearing Care difference! We are passionate about what we do and the value we place on independence and client choices are best reflected in our corporate values.
